Together, we explore inspiration through mood boards, sketches, and brainstorming, refining concepts and forming key elements like layouts, materials, and textures into a cohesive theme. 3D renders and visuals help you see the space come to life, giving you clarity and confidence. You’ll have a clear, visualised concept and a solid direction to guide the rest of your project.
At this stage, we focus on the details. We produce a complete set of finalised dimensioned drawings, capturing every aspect of your project. This phase includes two rounds of refinements, giving us the opportunity to tweak and perfect the design until it feels exactly right.
From here, you can either take your plans and manage the build yourself, or continue with us during the construction phase to bring everything to life and see your home built exactly as designed.
This is where the design comes to life. On site meetings with trades, checking details and making sure the vision we’ve created together is carried through. We’re here to answer any questions that come up and collaborate closely with the build team, so every detail works together and your home turns out just as you imagined.
